Setting tone for 2014 - Innovation to Seek for Change, Pursuit for Actual Effects- Grand Opening of 2013 Work Summary and Awards conference of JNEP and 2014 Work Deployment Conference

In the morning of February 7, 2013 Work Summary and Awards conference of JNEP and 2014 Work Deployment Conference was held and more than 390 employees attended excluding the ones keeping working on first production line. The conference was presided over by Sun Fengge, executive vice president.

Luo Jing, the President, made annual work report on behalf of the company which reviews and summarizes company’s development situation in 2013 and plans and describes the enterprise strategy and orientation for 2014. The sales target for 2014 is contract amounts of 1.5 billion Yuan.

For this target, Luo Jing deployed the overall work for 2014 from the following aspects: consolidate the leading advantage in the industry to achieve the extension of industrial chain for core business; Establish and improve the internal management system of the company and each department; Strength the establishment of talent echelon; Strengthen the degree of standardization and modularization for technology support and technical services of business; Strengthen and enhance project management level and continuous auditing function; Strengthen innovation for materials purchasing; Strengthen supervision and management to quality, security and period of engineering project, etc.

Meanwhile, the conference commended and awarded excellent teams and advanced individuals making outstanding contributions at company operation, issued Outstanding Employee Award, Technological Innovation Award, Management Innovation Award, High-Quality Project Award, Best Team Award, President Award and other awards for 2013, and held grand and enthusiastic prize-awarding ceremony.

Finally, Xu Junsheng, the Chairman, delivered a report with the topic of Current Situation, Countermeasures and Expectation for JNEP, to appeal all employees of JNEP to work hard in unity and make unremitting efforts for the continuous development of the company.

The Chairman required all employees to firmly grasp the company’s total tone in 2014, that is, based on JNEP's cultures, making efforts to carrying forward innovative spirit, strengthening awareness of efficiency, benefit and risk, making innovation to seek for change, pursuing for actual effects, strengthening organizing ability, tamping fundamentals of management, maintaining strong core competitiveness of the enterprise all the time, inheritting professional management concepts and steadfastly taking every step to promote the business of JNEP to a new level, following through the JNEP spirits of “Dedication, Integrity, Pragmatism and Innovation” and making JNEP become a respectable enterprise in the world.
